This young family with three busy, young boys underwent a whole house remodel over the course of one year.  This was no easy feat, but they loved their neighborhood, just not the small, boxy rooms.

The foyer staircase and many interior walls were removed then a 20' lanai door was added to open the kitchen to the pool.  The result was an open concept floor plan with lots of room for entertaining.

Tile "wood" planks add warmth and practicality.  A large aquarium with an array of colorful corals is visible from all downstairs public rooms and sets a festive palette against a "sea" of fresh white paneling.
